MOSCOW, Sep 17 (PRIME) -- Russian multi-industry holding Sistema has launched a 3 billion ruble buyback program using own funds, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
The program envisages buying back up to 300 million common shares of the company until February 29, 2020.
The shares will be used for corporate purposes including management incentive programs.
